Submit Tax Proofs - Quick Instructions (Minimize for ready reference)
- Click on Start/Retrieve
- The applicable status of your Proofs will be displayed (New,
Draft, Submitted or
Authorized).
- Verify your Permanent Account Number (PAN) as displayed
- Update your Investment Details (actuals) as per the steps below:-
| Step 1:- House Rent Details and Children Education details |
| Step 2:- Income / (Loss) from House Property and Any Other Income |
| Step 3:- Deductions under Chapter VIA (Section 80) |
| Step 4:- Income from Previous Employer |
- Save as Draft in each step (tab) before moving to next / previous step
(else you may loose unsaved information)
- You can skip a step if not applicable
- Refer "Guide Me" link provided in each step (tab) for detailed Help
- Final Step:- View and Confirm (Submit all details here)
ONLY submitted records (before cut-off date) will be considered for tax calculations. Record once submitted, cannot be modified. Verify saved details and then submit.
