Applicable Status

Status Meaning
New When the proof submission process begins. This status only appears for the first time.
Draft When "Save as Draft" is clicked on any tab, the status changes to Draft. When the record is in Draft status, the information is saved in the system and can be retrieved at any point of time (even after log out)by clicking on the "Start / Retrieve" button. A draft document is a Work In Progress record for the employee.
Submitted On clicking the Submit Button, status changes to "Submitted" and passes on to the payroll team for authorization. Record once submitted cannot be modified.
Authorized When the information is validated by the payroll team and the record is authorized. You can view the information by clicking on the "Start / Retrieve" button for authorized amounts in the "Authorized" Columns as well as the "Processor Remarks" if any.
